We are evolutionary biologists interested in testing how evolutionary, ecological, and demographic processes shape evolution in natural populations. The Comeault lab is part of the Molecular Ecology and Fisheries Genetics Lab (MEFGL) group at Bangor University. The MEFGL is a collection of labs with broadly overlapping interests that provides a dynamic, collaborative, and inclusive environment in which to conduct research.

In general, we combine population genomics, phenotypic measurements, and experiments to better understand how the biotic, abiotic, or social environment that organisms experience shape their evolution.

On this site you will find more information about the type of research we are currently doing and have published in the past.

If you’re interested in conducting research in the realm of evolutionary and ecological genomics, at any career stage, please get in touch with us though email (a-dot-comeault-at-bangor-dot-ac-dot-uk).
